Ellough Park Combat Games | Terms and Conditions
- A non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per person is required to make a booking.
- All bookings are to be secured with a deposit within 1 week of the booking being made otherwise it will be deemed to not be required.
- The balance can be settled before the event or on arrival.
- Adequate notice of cancellations must be given at least 3 weeks before the booking date. Deposits will still be lost for charges incurred.
Player Restrictions:
- All players must be over the age of 8. There is not a age limit.
- Children and adults are able to compete against one another.
- Safety wear and training will be provided – hats, full suits, knee and elbow sheilds and gloves.
- All players must wear suitable shoes for running around in.NO high heels, pumps or flip flops or any other open toed shoes will be allowed. Trainers or boots will be required.
- Players are more than welcome to wear their own gloves or body armor.
- All players must certify that they are in good health and not suffer from any illness, disability, epilepsy, back condition, heart disease, pregnancy or injury that could affect their ability to participate in the Combat Games.
Cancellation fees:
- 24 hours notice of cancellation: Full amount of the event will be charged.
- 1 week notice of cancellation: 50% of the total event cost will be charged.
- 2 weeks notice of cancellation: 25% of the total event cost will be charged.
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- Any payments made to RL Circuits Ltd or Ellough Park Combat Games may be retained to cover any third party costs incurred or loss of profit for the day.
- There will be a 2.5% surcharge on all credit card payments over £200.00.
RL Circuits and Ellough Park Combat Games reserve the right to alter these prices without prior notice and have the right to refuse admission.
Combat Games can be dangerous! We do not advise anyone to replicate games outside the Combat Zone at Ellough Park. Despite the organisers taking all reasonable precautions, unavoidable accidents can happen. In respect of this you are present at your own risk. Any damage caused by a individual player or group that was deemed avoidable will be asked to not continue with the games and will receive no refund.
